The supernova remnant G65.3+5.7 in Cygnus is a very faint and large object and thus rarely imaged. I was not sure if it is worth from a light polluted place, but as we had a stable period of good weather (which is still not over), I gave it a try by accumulating as much data as possible. So it came down to 17 nights with many of them having ideal conditions - no wind - no moon - no clouds and not many subframes had to be thrown out due to clouds or mount issues. The result shows the limits of NB imaging with an OSC camera from my place with this scope.
Collecting OIII data is clearly limited and just increasing acquisition time does not help. Probably a mono setup would give better results.
Correction: I first reported Maa1, however I was a bit off the position and fooled by a circular Ha cloud with a nice contrast to the OIII background. Close inspection at the correct position does not show Maa1 in Ha or OIII.
